The Addiction Recovery Center offers a IOP program for sexual compulsivity/addiction for adults and youth. The LifeSTAR™ Bay Area Program is a 2-year dual track for addicts and partners. Phase I educates the clients about sex addiction in a seminar format on Saturday mornings for seven weeks; Phase II places the addicts and partners in small, staff facilitated, psycho-educational groups for 6-8 months; Phase III, 12-18 months, continues with the emphasis on processing individual trauma; Phase IV offers workshops for the couples and individuals on creating healthy relationships. The YouthSTAR™ Program is a pilot program for adolescents and their parents.
